as long as you put it back before you leave, i don’t see why not. i’ve used an ecobee that i installed myself in an apartment without issue.

mhm, that's kinda what i've been thinking as well. idk i've probably broken the lease anyways lol (i've drilled 4 holes to mount my unifi ap and there's two rj45 ports in my apartment and in the funny cabinet that they connect in there's a punchdown block and it just, wasn't used? so i used it lol)
